The AK Connect is a DLNA-based control app that enables music playback from NAS and PC through AK products. Users can also access streaming services like TIDAL (expected soon) in addition to network connectivity. The app allows for music playback control and playlist editing.
Main Menu Description:
- Player: Control the current song with functions like Next/Previous/Play/Stop/Volume adjustments.
- NowPlay: Displays the current playlist.
- Playlist: Easily manage your music selection and playlists.
- Library: Choose the device where your desired music is stored.
- Speaker: Select the output device for sound playback.
The app is compatible with DLNA and UPnP standards, facilitating music streaming from DLNA devices to DLNA playback devices. AK Connect 2.0 features an improved user interface compared to its predecessor version and is the designated DLNA app for Astell&Kern devices. It has been developed by IRIVER Limited.
